Founders of CTW

Steve and Heather founded Change This World as a result of seeing malnourished and poverty stricken families first hand while serving on a missions trip in Haiti.

Marcus Mennenga

Executive Director

As Executive Director, Marcus works directly with partners all over the world ensuring meals are delivered and empty stomachs are now full.

Jason Powell

Director of Operations

Jason manages the CTW warehouse handling all shipping and receiving to events and abroad.

Jared Mirabile

Creative Director

Jared serves as Creative Director for CTW developing products, apparel and beyond!

Meaghan Crump

Event Coordinator

Meaghan works with organizations, schools and churches across the country organizing and facilitating their CTW packing event.

Paula Herko

Marketing

Paula gets the word out about all things CTW state side and abroad!

Jeremiah Bates

Product Fulfillment

Jeremiah works to fulfill all orders from the CTW and Hungry For A Change store and all customized CTW web stores!

Taylor Hooper

Supply Team

Taylor serves on the Supply Team working behind the scenes to ensure each event is equipped with the materials and products needed to facilitate a successful event!
