Why?

We believe it starts with WHY! Poverty is the principal cause of hunger.. We believe it starts with WHY! Poverty is the principal cause of hunger. An estimated 3.3 billion people (Half of the world) lives on $2.50 a day. 1.4 billion people live at the poverty line. There is an estimated 1.3 million poor people in developing countries who live on $1.25 a day or less. This results in 1.02 billion undernourished people. In stark contrast the United States average income is $39,138.00. This is $107.23 per day. We are the rich and they are the poor, the hungry and the dying.

We challenge the church to face the reality of what is happening in the world around them and ignore it no more. We challenge people to make a stand against the inequality of love for our neighbor. We challenge you to Change This World.

"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds." At Change This World we have created a turnkey system equips you with all the tools necessary to address the issue of hunger and move towards action.

This turnkey event not only acts as an outreach event that engages the community around you but mobilizes your church body to unite together and leverage all their resources to Change This World.
How?

Each day we consume goods. From clothes, drinks, trinkets and gadgets. We acquire goods we have little or no use for and most times DO NOT NEED. Our approach is to offer merchandise that accomplishes two goals. 1. Every product is designed to bring awareness and education to you and others to the brutal facts that plague this world and 2. EVERY product purchased provides meals to those facing starvation around the world.

We truly believe that all we have is a gift. We choose to make are giving an act of worship! We choose to make our giving an act of service. By taking our resources and re directing our normal buying patterns towards products that not only educate the world but provide meals we are making a difference. Hunger is a problem that CAN BE SOLVED.

When?

It all starts the moment you decide to get involved and host an event. From that point on we equip you with all the tools necessary to ensure that your event is a success. From raising awareness to raising funds we have thought through the entire process. All we ask is that you work with us to challenge those around you to participate in any way they can!

First step is to decide you want to host an event and contact us. We will walk you through any questions or concerns you might have to set you at ease and get the process in motion.

The next step is to enlist faculty or friends to assist you in promoting and coordinating the event. With our tools and resources plus your volunteers it's a snap.

We provide a custom web store filled with products that raise ALL your funding needed for the 50,000 meal packing event at no cost to you! Every product purchased equals meals.

You tell EVERYONE you know to tell EVERYONE they know and so on. The more people aware of the problem and how they can get involved the better.

Once 80% of the funds are raised we schedule your event. Change This World arrives early that day and facilitates the entire event to make it all a huge success.
