| We need 150 Volunteers at the Event | |||||||||||
| The goal is to reach 150 volunteers at the event. The breakdown looks like this: 10 lines, 12 volunteers at each table = 120 volunteers These volunteers are the backbone of the event. They are the ones who will be packing the meals. The rate of packing is usually 2,500 per hour per line. This equals 2 total hours of packing. 10 leaders per table = 10 The leaders will assist in educating your tables on how to pack, how many they have packed each quarter hour, and assisting in any "snags" that occur. Supply team = 10 Each table will require a supplier. The main focus of this individual is to not only keep everyone supplied with raw materials but ensure the proper delivery of produced goods to a central location. Admin team = 10 They admin team is your core. These are made up of individuals who will assist in everything from promoting your event to facilitating all the way through to the end. Consider these volunteers your right hand men and women. |

Q: What if I have more volunteers?
A: The more the better! Depending on the number of volunteers you have in excess of 150, here are some opportunities to explore. 1. 12 volunteers at each table will require them to pack for 2 hours. If you have more people you can rotate the volunteers (Example: 12 volunteers pack for 1 hour then 12 remaining will pack for the remaining hour!) 2. Setting up and breaking down is always an area where we can use more help. Assigning more volunteers here lets us focus more on ministry and less on logistics.

We need $12,500 to package 50,000 meals
The goal is to reach $12,500.00 in order to pack 50,000 meals (That's $0.25 per meal). To keep your fundraising on track we suggest the following: 1. Share the current funds raised on a weekly basis with your body. The more they know the more involved they will be. 2. Each time a new product is made available in the store inform your body. Everybody likes new stuff! 3.
